1. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open solely to legal residents of the forty-five (45) United States (excludes Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Alaska, and Hawaii and the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old as of the date of entry. Officers, members, directors, representatives, and employees of the Sponsor and any of their respective parent companies, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, dealers, franchisees, licensees, distributors, suppliers, participating retailers, advertising/promotion/judging agencies, persons engaged in the development, production, or distribution of materials for this Sweepstakes and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings – whether biological, adopted, step, or in-law) of such individuals, or persons living in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Void where prohibited, including but not limited to Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Alaska, Hawaii, District of Columbia, U.S. territories, and possessions.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and represent that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. You agree to accept the decisions of Seven Peaks Fence & Barn, as final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about November 10th, 2025 at 12:00 AM (CST) and ending November 30th, 2025 at 11:59 PM (CST). All online entries must be received by November 30th, 2025 at 11:59 PM.

4. How to Enter: You may enter the Sweepstakes by submitting your information online using the official entry form https://www.sevenpeaksgiveaways.com/enter. You may enter only once. Multiple entries from the same individual using different email addresses, identities, or devices will result in disqualification. Fraudulent methods or attempts to circumvent the rules will also disqualify the participant. If entering via mobile device, standard data and messaging rates may apply per your carrier plan.

5. Prizes: Two (2) Grand Prize winners will each receive their choice of one (1) of the following prize options:

- Option 1: 5 Rail HD 20x20 Stall Kit w/ 10x20 Shade — Value $2,532

- Option 2: 6 Rail HD 50 Ft Round Pen Pro — Value $3,297

- Option 3: 5 Rail HD 8–10 Head Cattle Working System — Value $4,368

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,532–$4,368.

Grand Prize winners are responsible for prize pick-up, delivery, and installation. No cash substitution or transfer permitted. All taxes and expenses related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Prize names and descriptions are used solely for identification purposes; all trademarks and product names are the property of their respective owners and are not sponsors of this promotion.

6. Odds: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6A. Promotional Offer (10% Discount and Reimbursement Options): All eligible entrants who submit a valid entry during the Sweepstakes Period will receive a one-time promotional offer of 10% off any qualifying product purchase from Seven Peaks Fence & Barn. This discount offer is valid only during the Sweepstakes Period (November 10, 2025 – November 30, 2025) and expires automatically at the end of that period.

This offer is provided as a thank-you for entering and does not affect the odds of winning. Entrants who choose to make a qualifying purchase during the Sweepstakes Period remain fully eligible to win.

If a purchasing entrant is later selected as a Sweepstakes winner, Seven Peaks Fence & Barn will provide that winner with the option to either:

(a) receive any one (1) of the available prize options listed in Section 5,

or

(b) receive reimbursement based on the retail value of the prize category they purchased during the Sweepstakes Period.

Entrants who made a qualifying purchase during the Sweepstakes Period are eligible for reimbursement only if the product they purchased falls within one of the prize categories offered (stall kits, round pens, or cattle working systems). The reimbursement amount will correspond to the retail value of the prize option within that same category, up to the maximum value listed in Section 5.

Example: if a winner purchased a 5 Rail HD 50 Ft Round Pen Basic valued at $2,600 during the Sweepstakes Period and is selected as a winner, that entrant may choose either (a) any one of the available prize options (such as a Stall Kit, Round Pen, or Cattle System), or (b) a cash reimbursement equal to the full prize value for the Round Pen category ($3,297).

This choice must be confirmed in writing within fifteen (15) days of winner notification. Reimbursement applies only to qualifying purchases made during the Sweepstakes Period and only for products within the same prize category as the qualifying purchase. Substitutions outside of the qualifying purchase category are not eligible for reimbursement.

This promotional offer:

- Is valid only for entrants who submit a complete entry form and make a qualifying purchase during the Sweepstakes Period.

- Cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, or promotions unless explicitly stated by the Sponsor.

- Does not require a purchase to enter or win.

- Does not increase or otherwise affect the chances of winning.

- Will not be reissued or extended beyond the Sweepstakes Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: Two (2) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 1st, 2025, under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be announced live on Seven Peaks Fence & Barn’s official Facebook and YouTube pages and will also be contacted directly by the Sponsor.

Each potential winner will be notified by phone and by email using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Winners must respond and claim their prize within fifteen (15) days of the initial notification. If a winner fails to respond, cannot be contacted, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Important – Fraud & Scam Notice: Seven Peaks Fence & Barn will never request payment, credit-card details, banking information, or other sensitive personal data in order to claim a prize. Official winner notifications will come only from an @sevenpeaksfenceandbarn.com email address or through a verified phone call from Seven Peaks Fence & Barn.

Winners may verify the legitimacy of any communication by contacting the company directly through the contact information listed on the official website (www.sevenpeaksfenceandbarn.com). Any other communication claiming to represent Seven Peaks Fence & Barn regarding this giveaway should be considered fraudulent. Seven Peaks Fence & Barn is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from fraudulent communications or impersonation attempts by third parties.

Winners will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and W-9 Form, and provide valid photo ID. Failure to return the required documentation within the specified time may result in forfeiture of the prize.

By accepting a prize involving livestock or equipment, winners assume all risks and responsibilities associated with installation, use, and operation of the prize. The Sponsor disclaims any and all liability for injury or damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions.

8. Rights Granted by You: By entering, you grant Seven Peaks Fence & Barn and its agents the right to use your name, likeness, image, statements, and entry for advertising, promotion, and publicity without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Terms: Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to computer, network, or mobile device malfunctions, or for lost, late, or misdirected entries. Sponsor is also not responsible for any errors in printing, online display, or announcement of prizes or winners.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor. Sponsor may disqualify any participant found tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.

By entering, you agree to receive periodic promotional emails or SMS messages from Seven Peaks Fence & Barn, which you may unsubscribe from at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability: By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Seven Peaks Fence & Barn and its affiliates, partners, agents, and employees from any claims, loss, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Sweepstakes or the use/misuse of any prize.

11. Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved individually in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Arizona. You waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
